History

Hasbiniz Inc was born in 1989 in a Dudley serviced office. Founder Carlos Hasbiniz was a modest 29 years old when he decided he wanted to start his own office development company and toiled hard for the next 5 years to turn his dream into reality.

Inspired by his father, Juan who was a builder, Carlos worked hard to form a small construction business, which specialised in small office space developments in his home town of Dudley. 21 years later and Hazbiniz Inc has turned into a 50-man company which works exclusively in the West Midlands area. Carlos decided to stick to the area because he knew it intimately, despite pressure from many of his high profile tenants to spread to the capital. He decided to snub London in favour of creating quality office space in the area he loves the most. The business is still very much a family affair with Carlos' son, Ricardo, now acting as managing director. Hasbiniz Inc is very selective about who they employ because they want to keep their promise of creating only the best high quality office space for the West Midlands tenants. Experts in creating contemporary office space, Hasbiniz Inc now also offer their tenants a range of office services to make sure their tenants are as happy as possible in their office space at all times.
