Hasbiniz Inc have worked hard over the years to create a vast portfolio of office space developments in the West Midlands area. 

The Hasbiniz Inc office portfolio started small before growing to a massive 200+ projects in just 21 years. The first project for the Hasbiniz family was a 100,000 sq ft serviced office block in Dudley. This Birmingham serviced office project was a massive challenge for the fairly inexperienced Hasbiniz family and proved to be a massive turning point for the business. Once finished, the building in Kings Square wasn't hard to fill. Low costing and stylish interiors meant it was quickly snapped by two businesses - one media company and one legal firm - who still remain in the building today. Other key office development projects for Hasbiniz Inc included a 500,000 sq ft office block in Birmingham town centre, near Brindleyplace, a 200,000 sq ft business centre in Sutton Colfield and a 125,000 square foot serviced office space building designed exclusively for a financial company. Key companies which have taken Hasbiniz Inc office space include Aztec Solutions, Time Finance and Partridge & Parson's Solicitors. With new financial incentives from the government, Hasbiniz Inc are keen to start the next stage of their office development timeline. Carlos and Ricardo are currently in deep discussions with their construction teams to introduce a number of new eco-friendly, green solutions to their current office developments and are keen to find a way to incorporate them into their new office developments in the UK and in the USA, with plans for offices in the Manhattan area. The future, it seems, could be very bright and very green for Hasbiniz Inc.
